Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This policy covers the pickup-and-delivery service of Snappy Coin Laundry, LLC ("Snappy," "we," "us") and its booking site, book.snappycoinlaundry.com. Our main website, snappycoinlaundry.com, has its own privacy policy for its promotions and email list; the "Analytics and advertising" section below applies to both sites.
Information used for pickup and delivery
When you use Snappy Coin Laundry's pickup-and-delivery service, we may collect information you provide or that is generated through the service, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, service address, delivery instructions, laundry preferences, order history, order status, attribution information, SMS-consent history, communications with us, pickup and delivery photos, and payment-related references.
Payment-card information is processed by Square. Snappy does not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code.
Phone verification and text-message consent
We may use a one-time verification code to confirm that a mobile phone number belongs to the person placing an order. Requesting or receiving a verification code does not enroll you in Snappy pickup-and-delivery text updates.
Operational text messages are optional. If you affirmatively opt in, Snappy may send text messages about your pickup-and-delivery orders, including booking confirmations, reminders, driver ETAs, order-status updates, receipts, payment issues, rescheduling, and delivery updates.
Message frequency varies and is typically 6–10 messages per order, with additional messages if an issue, reschedule, missed pickup, payment problem, or failed delivery occurs. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Declining or withdrawing SMS consent does not prevent you from placing an order. Snappy will use email for operational communications when SMS consent is not active.
Mobile-information non-sharing
Snappy Coin Laundry does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide mobile information to service providers only as necessary to operate the services requested by you, such as sending messages, hosting the application, processing orders, or maintaining security and compliance records. Those service providers may use the information only to provide those services to Snappy or as otherwise required by law.
Messaging records
We may retain records of SMS consent and opt-out events, messages sent or received, delivery status, and related timestamps as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to customer requests, maintain compliance records, investigate delivery problems, and protect the service from abuse.
Service providers
We use service providers to run the service, including:
- Square — stores your payment card and processes charges and refunds.
- Twilio — sends text messages and phone-verification codes.
- Resend — sends email.
- Google Maps Platform — checks and locates the address you enter.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — screens out bots, using technical signals from your browser, when you ask for a verification code or join our waitlist.
- Routific — plans our driver's routes and hosts the delivery tracking page we send you, which shows your name and delivery address to anyone with the link.
- Vercel and Neon — host the booking site and its database. Vercel Blob stores pickup and delivery photos.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — measure visits and bookings on our sites (see "Analytics and advertising").
- Meta — measures visits to our main website through the Meta Pixel (see "Analytics and advertising").
Pickup and delivery photos
Our driver photographs your bags at pickup and your laundry where we leave it at delivery. The photos can show your door or porch and the name we write on your Snappy bags. We use them to match and count your bags, to confirm delivery, and to look into any problem with an order. Your delivery photo appears on your order's status page; pickup photos aren't shown there, but we'll go through them with you if you ask about your count. Photo files are stored at unlisted web addresses, so anyone you share a photo's link with can open it. We keep photos with your order records.
Cookies and your device
When you verify your phone, the booking site sets a cookie on your device so you can finish booking without entering the code again. It lasts 30 minutes. After you book, the same cookie can remember your device for up to 180 days, so a later booking can skip the code as long as your address and card haven't changed. Tap "Not you?" to clear it.
The booking site also saves your unfinished booking in your browser for 24 hours, and how you first arrived — for example, the ad or link you came from — for 30 days.
Analytics and advertising
Our booking site (book.snappycoinlaundry.com) and our main website (snappycoinlaundry.com) use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. Our main website also uses the Meta Pixel, to measure ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools set cookies so we can learn which pages and ads lead to bookings. On the booking site, Google Analytics also records which booking steps a visit reaches and where it stops — for example, a verification code entered wrong or a card declined — never the code, the card, or the number itself. Neither site has a cookie banner: the tools load for every visitor.
We don't send Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta your name, phone number, email address, or street address. We don't use Google remarketing — ads shown to you because you visited our sites. We may use information collected by the Meta Pixel to show ads on Facebook and Instagram, including to people who have visited our main website.
You can opt out:
- Google Analytics: install Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google ads: turn off personalized ads for your Google account at myadcenter.google.com.
- Meta: in Facebook or Instagram, go to Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Your activity off Meta technologies, and disconnect activity from other websites.
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. The booking site needs its own cookie to verify your phone, so blocking all cookies will stop booking from working.
