Snappy Coin Laundry Pickup & Delivery Order Updates

When you affirmatively opt in, Snappy Coin Laundry LLC may send text messages to the mobile number you provide concerning your own pickup-and-delivery wash-dry-fold orders.

Messages may include booking confirmations, pickup reminders, driver ETAs and tracking, pickup and order-status confirmations, receipts, payment issues, rescheduling notices, delivery ETAs, delivery confirmations, failed-delivery notices, and other communications necessary to operate or resolve your order.

No marketing or promotional SMS messages are included in this program at launch.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive Snappy operational text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Snappy's services. You can place an order without consenting to SMS. If you do not opt in, Snappy will send operational communications by email instead.

A one-time phone-verification code requested during booking is separate from this messaging program and does not enroll you in operational text messages.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your order and service events. A typical order generates approximately 6–10 messages, with additional messages possible if an issue, reschedule, missed pickup, payment problem, or failed delivery occurs.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to opt out of Snappy operational text messages.

After you opt out, Snappy will stop ordinary operational SMS messages and use email for your order communications. You may later reply START to an eligible Snappy messaging thread to re-enable text updates.

Delivery

Mobile carriers and Snappy cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered at a particular time. Carrier or network conditions may delay or prevent delivery.

Snappy's handling of mobile numbers, SMS consent, and messaging records is described in our Privacy Policy.

Snappy does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
